Project Overview
Mani Mani is a professional beauty service provider specializing in nail care and spa treatments, typically operating through high-traffic shopping center kiosks to serve urban consumers seeking convenient yet premium grooming experiences. As a service-oriented retail entity within a restricted footprint, the brand faces significant spatial challenges, most notably the need to maximize space utilization while maintaining a comfortable, non-congested flow for both technicians and clients. For a nail spa kiosk, the integration of high-density storage systems for specialized tools and pigments must be balanced with a clean, upscale aesthetic that communicates hygiene and professional care. Additionally, the furniture must withstand rigorous daily use and exposure to chemical agents, necessitating high standards for material durability and finish consistency.
To resolve these complexities, we executed a precise design engineering process, transforming the compact kiosk footprint into a high-performance service hub through detailed shop drawings development. We focused on creating bespoke, ergonomic workstations with integrated dust-collection and ventilation interfaces, ensuring all technical requirements were embedded within the cabinetry. During the fixture fabrication phase, we utilized moisture-resistant materials and specialized coatings to ensure long-term durability in a salon environment. Our team conducted stringent quality control and multi-stage inspections to guarantee seamless jointing and hardware precision before final delivery. By optimizing the internal display logic and storage density, we provided Mani Mani with a modular, high-efficiency space that ensures a unified brand identity across small-scale environments. The resulting kiosk achieves a sophisticated balance between technical functionality and inviting hospitality, facilitating a superior service experience within a streamlined operational layout.
