Bohme is a prominent lifestyle fashion retailer specializing in trend-led women’s apparel, footwear, and accessories, dedicated to providing a curated boutique experience for a modern, style-conscious demographic. Operating as a high-density fashion retail environment, the brand’s primary spatial challenge involves creating a versatile display logic that can accommodate rapid seasonal inventory rotations across diverse product categories while maintaining a sophisticated brand expression. In such a fashion-forward space, the interior must resolve the tension between high-capacity merchandising and an open-concept circulation path that prevents bottlenecks during peak traffic. Furthermore, the fixtures require a seamless multi-material integration of metallic accents and premium wood finishes, demanding absolute material uniformity to reinforce a high-end aesthetic while ensuring the durability of high-touch surfaces. To address these requirements, we executed a complete technical solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to define the structural parameters of each unit. Our team conducted a prototyping phase to validate the multi-material integration of powder-coated metal hanging systems and bespoke wooden cabinetry. During fixture fabrication, we focused on modular wall-mounted units and center-floor gondolas, specifically engineered with adjustable components to facilitate versatile product layouts. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee finish durability and structural integrity. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the retail floor into an optimized, high-performance environment. The resulting interior features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display system, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the staff and a cohesive, professional shopping experience for every guest.
