Kaojiu Restaurant is a specialized dining establishment dedicated to authentic BBQ cuisine, offering a social and high-energy culinary experience for its guests. As a specialized hospitality space, the primary spatial challenges involve the seamless integration of heavy-duty ventilation and heating components within custom-built dining tables while maintaining a sophisticated brand expression. In a high-traffic BBQ environment, furniture must withstand constant heat exposure and rigorous cleaning protocols, making the durability of finishes and material uniformity across the interior critical. Furthermore, optimizing the circulation path is essential to ensure a smooth flow between the preparation zones and the seating areas, requiring a storage system that manages high volumes of tableware and condiments without cluttering the customer experience. To address these operational complexities, we provided a full-scale technical solution, beginning with design engineering and the development of precision shop drawings to ensure the structural safety of heat-integrated fixtures. Our team executed a prototyping phase to test the multi-material integration of fire-resistant surfaces with premium decorative accents, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and long-term resilience. During fixture fabrication, we focused on modular seating and custom-built service stations designed to maximize space utilization in high-occupancy zones. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee that all technical specifications were met. By managing the project from engineering through to final delivery, we transformed the restaurant into a cohesive, high-performance environment. The final result features an optimized display logic for ingredients and a streamlined layout that improves service efficiency while providing a professional and durable dining atmosphere.
