Eyes on Brickell is a premier boutique optical provider located in Miami’s vibrant Brickell neighborhood, offering a curated selection of independent designer eyewear and professional vision care. Given its urban location and high-end brand positioning, the primary spatial challenge involved maximizing space utilization within a compact, modern layout without compromising the premium gallery-like atmosphere. In such a specialized retail-clinical hybrid, the environment requires a sophisticated display logic that highlights intricate frame details while seamlessly integrating high-capacity, hidden storage systems for diverse inventory management. Furthermore, maintaining material uniformity across custom millwork is essential to ensure a cohesive brand expression that bridges the transition from the inviting retail floor to the precise examination zones. To address these requirements, we executed a comprehensive technical solution, starting with design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to ensure the ergonomics of every dispensing station and display unit. Our fixture fabrication focused on modular wall-mounted systems and bespoke illuminated showcases, specifically engineered with integrated LED lighting to enhance product clarity. Each component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee that the finish durability and structural integrity met the studio’s professional standards.
