Daley Pharmacy is a community-focused healthcare provider specializing in prescription services, over-the-counter wellness products, and professional pharmaceutical consultations. Operating as a hybrid of a clinical service environment and a high-density retail space, the brand faces the complex challenge of integrating secure, high-capacity medication storage with an inviting, accessible retail floor. The primary spatial obstacles involve optimizing the circulation path to separate patient consultation zones from high-traffic product aisles, while ensuring a sophisticated display logic for diverse healthcare categories. Furthermore, the fixtures must feature high-durability, antimicrobial surfaces capable of withstanding rigorous clinical cleaning, alongside an organized, modular shelving system that facilitates rapid prescription retrieval and restocking without compromising the professional brand expression. To address these operational requirements, we provided a complete technical solution, starting with design engineering and high-precision shop drawings to ensure the ergonomic alignment of the dispensing counters and retail units. Our team conducted intensive prototyping and sample development to validate the structural integrity of custom pharmacy cabinets and integrated glass showcases. Through value engineering, we optimized material selection to ensure long-term durability while maintaining cost-efficiency for rollout scalability. During fixture fabrication, we focused on bespoke service counters and modular wall systems, followed by rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection. By managing the project from technical development to final delivery and providing comprehensive rollout support, we transformed the pharmacy into an optimized, high-performance environment. The resulting interior features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display system, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the pharmacists and a cohesive, professional atmosphere for every patient.
