Operating as a large-format, multifunctional service and retail environment, the brand faces the significant challenge of integrating diverse operational zones—from high-moisture grooming stations to high-density retail aisles for heavy bulk goods. The primary spatial obstacles involve optimizing the circulation path to ensure safe movement for both owners and pets, while maintaining a sophisticated display logic for a vast SKU count that includes everything from delicate accessories to high-weight pet food. Furthermore, the fixtures require high-durability, scratch-resistant finishes and moisture-proof internal structures to withstand the high-wear nature of an animal-friendly facility while reinforcing a clean, modern brand expression. To address these technical requirements, we provided a complete furniture solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and high-precision shop drawings to ensure the load-bearing integrity of every retail unit. Our fixture fabrication focused on modular wall-mounted shelving systems and bespoke center-floor gondolas, specifically engineered with reinforced metal frames and impact-resistant laminates. We implemented a systematic quality control and inspection process to guarantee material uniformity across the facility, ensuring all surfaces met the brand’s rigorous durability standards.
