Chocolatté is a specialized confectionery and frozen dessert retailer dedicated to providing premium ice cream and artisanal chocolate products within an inviting, modern boutique environment. Operating as a high-traffic hospitality-retail hybrid, the brand faces specific spatial challenges, primarily the need to integrate heavy-duty refrigeration equipment within custom cabinetry while maintaining a clean, cohesive brand expression. In such a specialized setting, optimizing the circulation path is critical to managing high volumes of customers during peak hours, ensuring a seamless flow from the selection counters to the point-of-sale. Furthermore, the fixtures must feature high-durability finishes capable of withstanding constant thermal fluctuations and rigorous sanitary maintenance, alongside an organized storage system to facilitate rapid service and inventory retrieval.
To address these operational requirements, we provided a comprehensive technical solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to ensure the structural and ergonomic alignment of every unit. Our fixture fabrication focused on modular service counters and bespoke wall-mounted display systems, specifically engineered to accommodate integrated cooling systems and professional lighting. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee finish durability and material uniformity across the facility.
