Operating as a large-scale sport outlet, the brand requires a retail environment that reflects the rugged durability of its products while managing a vast SKU count that ranges from technical garments to bulky expedition hardware. For a high-volume outlet of this nature, the primary spatial challenges typically involve maximizing vertical space utilization and implementing a versatile display logic that can handle diverse product geometries without compromising navigation flow. Furthermore, the fixtures must possess exceptional structural integrity to withstand high-frequency customer interaction and the substantial weight of specialized outdoor equipment, all while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic across multiple locations. To address these operational requirements, we executed a full-cycle technical workflow, beginning with meticulous design engineering and shop drawings development to optimize the floor occupancy and zoning efficiency. We focused on value engineering to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the modular racking systems, followed by rigorous prototyping and sample development to ensure material durability in high-traffic zones.
