Anna et Pierre – Le Café is a sophisticated hospitality brand that blends traditional European café culture with a modern, high-end culinary experience. Operating as a premium service-based space, the brand’s primary spatial challenge lies in the seamless integration of professional-grade espresso and food preparation equipment within a refined, minimalist aesthetic. In such a high-traffic environment, optimizing the circulation path is essential to managing the flow between the ordering queue and the intimate seating zones. Furthermore, the custom cabinetry must provide a high-density storage system for diverse service ware while maintaining material uniformity across moisture-prone surfaces, ensuring that the warm, artisanal brand expression remains uncompromised by the rigors of daily commercial use. To address these operational requirements, we provided a complete technical solution, starting with design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to define the ergonomic parameters of the service hub. Our fixture fabrication focused on bespoke service counters and modular back-bar units, specifically engineered to accommodate concealed plumbing, electrical routing, and ventilation systems. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee that the finish durability met the brand’s aesthetic and sanitary standards. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the café into an optimized, high-performance environment. The resulting interior features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display logic, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the staff and a cohesive, professional atmosphere for every guest.
