Boba Oppa is a modern beverage retailer specializing in premium bubble tea and innovative fusion drinks, targeting a lifestyle-driven demographic with a vibrant and playful brand identity. Operating as a high-traffic fast-casual service environment, the brand faces specific spatial challenges, primarily the seamless integration of professional brewing machinery and high-capacity refrigeration units into a compact, high-visibility service hub. In such a high-moisture setting, the primary obstacles involve maintaining material uniformity across surfaces that must withstand constant liquid exposure and rigorous sanitation, while optimizing the circulation path to prevent bottlenecks between the digital ordering kiosks and the pickup zone. Furthermore, the space requires a sophisticated storage system that provides high-density organization for various toppings and disposables without disrupting the minimalist, cohesive brand expression.
To address these operational requirements, we provided a complete technical solution, starting with design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to define the ergonomic parameters of the preparation zones. Our team conducted a prototyping phase to validate the multi-material integration of stainless steel work surfaces with decorative high-pressure laminates and integrated LED signage. During fixture fabrication, we focused on bespoke service counters and modular back-bar units, specifically engineered with waterproof internal structures and concealed electrical routing for specialized appliances. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee finish durability and structural integrity. By overseeing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the retail floor into an optimized, high-performance environment. The resulting interior features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display logic, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the staff and a professional, unified brand experience for every guest.
