Operating as a hybrid of a fast-casual dining space and a premium retail boutique, the brand faces the complex spatial challenge of integrating front-of-house service counters with high-visibility retail display logic. In such a multifunctional environment, optimizing the circulation path is critical to managing the flow between diners and retail shoppers, while the custom fixtures must offer a high-capacity storage system for gourmet inventory that remains aesthetically consistent with the brand’s premium expression. Furthermore, the space requires multi-material integration of food-grade surfaces and decorative accents that can withstand the high-wear, high-moisture conditions of a bistro setting. To address these requirements, we provided a comprehensive technical solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and high-precision shop drawings to ensure the structural and ergonomic alignment of every unit. Our team conducted a prototyping phase to validate the multi-material integration of reinforced metal frames, tempered glass, and moisture-resistant wood finishes. During fixture fabrication, we focused on bespoke service bars and modular retail shelving units, specifically engineered with integrated lighting to enhance product presentation. Every component underwent a multi-stage quality control and pre-shipment inspection process to guarantee material uniformity across the entire facility. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the space into an optimized, high-performance environment.
