Operating as a high-visibility retail environment, the brand’s primary spatial challenge involves creating a sophisticated display logic that can showcase an extensive range of small-scale, vibrant products—from lipsticks to eyeshadow palettes—while maintaining a high-glamour, high-end aesthetic. In such a high-traffic boutique setting, the typical obstacles involve optimizing space utilization through vertical merchandising and ensuring a fluid circulation path that encourages interactive product testing. Furthermore, the fixtures require high-durability finishes capable of withstanding constant chemical exposure from makeup testers, alongside a discrete, high-density storage system for rapid inventory replenishment that does not disrupt the pristine brand expression.
To address these requirements, we provided a comprehensive technical solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to ensure the structural integrity of the bespoke display units. Our fixture fabrication focused on custom-built, high-gloss floor gondolas and modular wall-mounted units, specifically engineered with integrated high-CRI LED lighting to ensure accurate color rendering for the cosmetics. We implemented a systematic quality control and inspection process to guarantee material uniformity across all acrylic, metal, and polished wood components. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the retail floor into an optimized, high-performance environment.
