Project Overview
Ice Una Guam is a vibrant dessert café specializing in premium shaved ice and artisanal frozen treats, catering to a diverse demographic seeking a refreshing, high-quality social experience. As a modern hospitality and service-based space, the primary spatial challenges involve the seamless integration of heavy-duty refrigeration equipment and plumbing within custom service counters while maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. In a tropical high-traffic environment, the furniture must feature high-durability finishes capable of withstanding constant moisture and rigorous sanitary maintenance. Furthermore, optimizing the circulation path is essential to managing the flow from the ordering queue to the collection point, requiring a modular seating and counter system that maximizes space utilization without compromising the open, airy brand expression.
To address these operational complexities, we provided a complete technical solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to ensure the ergonomic alignment of the preparation zones. Our fixture fabrication focused on bespoke service counters and modular cabinetry specifically engineered to accommodate integrated cooling systems and professional-grade appliances. Every component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee that all technical specifications and material uniformity standards were met. By managing the project from engineering through to final delivery, we transformed the café into an optimized, high-performance environment. The final result features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display logic, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the staff and a cohesive, professional atmosphere for every guest.
