The primary spatial challenges involve the seamless integration of power and cable management systems within service counters and the need for a highly organized storage system to manage a high volume of client devices and delicate replacement components. Furthermore, achieving material uniformity across modular display units is critical to maintaining a clean, medical-grade tech aesthetic that reinforces the brand’s “hospital” identity while ensuring the durability of workstations under constant use. To address these technical requirements, we provided a full-scale solution beginning with design engineering and high-precision shop drawings to ensure ergonomic efficiency for the repair staff. Our team executed sample development and prototyping to validate the integration of specialized lighting and anti-static surfaces before proceeding to fixture fabrication.
