Ami Tea & Sub is a versatile hospitality brand specializing in the fusion of premium bubble tea beverages and freshly prepared submarine sandwiches, targeting a diverse, fast-paced urban demographic. Operating as a high-traffic quick-service restaurant (QSR), the brand faces the distinct challenge of integrating two separate preparation zones—one for high-moisture beverage brewing and another for fresh food assembly—within a single, cohesive service counter. In such a multifunctional environment, optimizing the circulation path is critical to managing the flow between digital ordering points and separate pickup stations, while ensuring a high-density storage system for diverse ingredients and disposables. Furthermore, the fixtures must facilitate multi-material integration of food-grade stainless steel and decorative high-pressure laminates, requiring material uniformity that withstands rigorous daily sanitation and high-wear operational conditions. To address these technical requirements, we provided a complete furniture solution, starting with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to ensure the ergonomic alignment of the dual-service preparation lines. Our team executed a prototyping phase to validate the integration of concealed plumbing and electrical routing within bespoke service counters and modular back-bar units. During fixture fabrication, we focused on multi-material integration, combining waterproof internal structures with reinforced work surfaces specifically engineered for heavy-duty appliances. Every component underwent a multi-stage quality control and pre-shipment inspection process to guarantee finish durability and structural integrity. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the space into an optimized, high-performance environment. The resulting interior features a streamlined layout and an intuitive display logic, providing a significantly more efficient operational workflow for the staff and a professional, unified brand experience for every guest.
