Tackle Addict is a premier specialized retailer dedicated to high-performance fishing tackle, lures, and professional angling gear, catering to a community of serious tournament anglers and outdoor enthusiasts. Operating as a high-density retail environment, the brand faces unique spatial challenges, primarily the need to organize a vast inventory of small-scale, high-variety products—ranging from delicate soft plastics to oversized rods—within a coherent display logic. In such a specialized setting, the primary obstacles involve maximizing space utilization through vertical merchandising while ensuring a fluid circulation path that guides customers through technical product categories. Furthermore, the fixtures must offer extreme durability to withstand the weight of heavy hardware and the high-wear nature of an outdoor-gear showroom, all while maintaining a professional, rugged brand expression that reinforces the technical authority of the products. To address these requirements, we executed a comprehensive technical solution, beginning with meticulous design engineering and the development of high-precision shop drawings to define the structural parameters for high-load capacity shelving. Our fixture fabrication focused on modular wall-mounted slatwall systems and bespoke center-floor gondolas, specifically engineered with versatile hooks and specialized rod racks to optimize product density. Each component underwent rigorous quality control and pre-shipment inspection to guarantee material uniformity across all powder-coated metal and reinforced wood elements. By managing the project from technical development through to final delivery, we transformed the retail floor into an optimized, high-performance environment.
